Job Summary

An IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Support Community Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing day to day operations of the support community forum
  • Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews
  • Organizing and participating in support community events

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • 3+ proven work experience as a community manager, or related position
  • Program or project management experience
