Job Summary
Providing frontline support to photographers and agents, the full-time Remote Support Consultant will troubleshoot technical issues and educate customers on best practices for media and listing experience products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zillow 3D Home, Aryeo, and Listing Showcase
- Document customer interactions and identify trends to share with cross-functional teams for product improvement
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience, with a preference for 6+ months in technical support
- Experience using CRM systems and supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions effectively to users
- Strong commitment to accurate documentation and attention to detail
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
