Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Support Consultant will provide expert assistance to users by managing customer inquiries, educating them on product features, and supporting Zillow integration processes to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls and support tickets to provide assistance and resolve issues
- Educate customers on new features and guide them through Zillow integration setup and troubleshooting
- Monitor customer accounts to proactively identify churn risks and ensure users derive value from the product
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as Support, Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Experience with CRM systems, real estate, and SaaS environments
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a customer-friendly manner
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
