Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Support Contact Center Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Investigating the next generation of the support’s cloud-hosted phone architecture
  • Leading the team to a well-measured implementation
  • Architecting a call recording transcription solution

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8+ years of engineering and architect experience
  • Direct experience with IVRs, call and dial plans, ACD queues and SIP
  • Expertise with omnichannel systems and skills-based routing
  • 8+ years of engineering and architect experience
  • 3+ years of Engineering people management experience.
  • Deep understanding of customer service methodologies
