Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Support Contact Center Architect.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Investigating the next generation of the support’s cloud-hosted phone architecture
- Leading the team to a well-measured implementation
- Architecting a call recording transcription solution
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of engineering and architect experience
- Direct experience with IVRs, call and dial plans, ACD queues and SIP
- Expertise with omnichannel systems and skills-based routing
- 8+ years of engineering and architect experience
- 3+ years of Engineering people management experience.
- Deep understanding of customer service methodologies
