Job Summary
Customer relationship management company is seeking a Remote Support Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Having 1:1’s with your direct reports to analyze the KPIs to determine success
- Leveraging root cause analysis to proactively identify gaps in performance prior to issues arising
- Working with the team to identify the behaviors of the Analysts that are leading to missed metrics
Position Requirements Include:
