Job Summary

Customer relationship management company is seeking a Remote Support Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Having 1:1’s with your direct reports to analyze the KPIs to determine success
  • Leveraging root cause analysis to proactively identify gaps in performance prior to issues arising
  • Working with the team to identify the behaviors of the Analysts that are leading to missed metrics

Position Requirements Include:

  • 25% travel
  • Experience leading a remote group of support employees
  • Demonstrated operational efficiencies throughout your career
  • Financial acumen is a strength that you have had to flex in your 6+ years of experience
