Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve application and product issues for customers to maintain or improve their automation systems
Create and publish knowledgebase articles, blogs, or videos for reference
Provide technical support for FactoryTalk OperationSuite products

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years experience in troubleshooting industrial process or automation systems
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server
Knowledge of PLCs, Ethernet networking, and HMI systems
Experience with Remote Desktop Services and network troubleshooting
