Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support through phone, chat, and email
- Manage customer interactions and execute the Knowledge-Centered Support process
- Serve as a liaison to customers for multiple product families
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
- Experience working with industrial automation products/systems
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Availability for after-hours shifts and weekend support as needed
