Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support through phone, chat, and email
  • Manage customer interactions and execute the Knowledge-Centered Support process
  • Serve as a liaison to customers for multiple product families

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S
  • Experience working with industrial automation products/systems
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Availability for after-hours shifts and weekend support as needed
