Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Support Engineer (Low Voltage Drives).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to field engineers and technicians for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems
• Respond to unresolved issues from first-line product support and report design or reliability problems
• Update and author technical documentation to improve customer satisfaction
