Job Summary

Remote Support Engineer provides full-time technical assistance to customers and internal users by resolving hardware, software, and systems issues from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and systems
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or video conferencing to address their concerns
  • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for user support
Required Qualifications
  • MUST live within a 50-mile radius of the Bollston area, Virginia
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly security clearance
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking basics
  • Experience in customer service and technical support roles
