Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support in a remote environment, the full-time Remote Support Engineer II will troubleshoot escalated issues, support critical business applications, and deliver exceptional client experiences across various client environments.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an escalation point for Remote Support Engineers, providing advanced troubleshooting across client environments
- Respond to client incidents and service requests via phone, ticketing systems, and other support channels
- Coordinate vendor escalations and maintain accurate ticket documentation throughout the incident lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or MSP environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies, networking, and endpoint support
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Familiarity with networking concepts including firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in the support process
