Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Remote Support Engineer will masterfully troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure while managing client communication and ticket queues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting and managing various technologies, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365
- Own client communication, building rapport and ensuring positive outcomes in every interaction
- Contribute to a knowledge base by creating and refining documentation that empowers the team
Required qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and managing Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory and Group Policies
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking principles and troubleshooting firewalls and switches
- Proven ability to create internal documentation that aids team development
- Experience with Remote Access Solutions such as Remote Desktop and RemoteApps
