Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle our customers' most complex technical problems
  • Support Company's APIs and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience with Enterprise B2B SaaS architecture and concepts
  • Experience with Third-party developer and integration partner programs
  • A well-known programming or scripting language
  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Work and “On-Call” schedule availability
