A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle our customers' most complex technical problems
- Support Company's APIs and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Enterprise B2B SaaS architecture and concepts
- Experience with Third-party developer and integration partner programs
- A well-known programming or scripting language
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Work and “On-Call” schedule availability
