Job Summary
A software developer is in need of a Remote Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to technical support requests and issues from business clients
- Triaging customer issues to ensure issues are prioritized correctly and SLAs are met
- Developing and expanding our on-call support monitoring and alerting solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous experience in a software support role
- Experience with a support ticketing system and escalation process
- Ability to clearly and concisely document operational processes
- Familiarity with at least 1 major cloud platform (Azure / GCP / AWS)
- Excellent written communication skills
