Job Summary

A software developer is in need of a Remote Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to technical support requests and issues from business clients
  • Triaging customer issues to ensure issues are prioritized correctly and SLAs are met
  • Developing and expanding our on-call support monitoring and alerting solutions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Previous experience in a software support role
  • Experience with a support ticketing system and escalation process
  • Ability to clearly and concisely document operational processes
  • Familiarity with at least 1 major cloud platform (Azure / GCP / AWS)
  • Excellent written communication skills
