Job Summary

An insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Support the Enterprise Data Platform within our organization (Unified Data Platform)
  • Recreate problems to assist with root cause analysis
  • Own technical aspects of issue resolution process, including analyzing application runtime logs and tracing back to codebase

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Previous/hands-on work experience with Java & AWS
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and growing individual skillset with focus on positive outcomes
  • Prior experience with Docker & Kubernetes is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
