A marketing and advertising firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Support Engineer in Austin.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in implementation & maintenance of all end user computing platforms across the enterprise
- Acting as lead coordinator/designer/implementer for all End User Computing aspects of assigned project activity
- Highlighting areas requiring refresh albeit from a hardware or software perspective
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years’ work experience
- Communicates directly with internal and external customers
- General knowledge in multiple SDLC methodologies
- Technically proficient in application/component or system; may act as internal consultant
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
