A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Support Engineer in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be a key technical resource for the team on customer and partner calls
- Utilize technical knowledge and understanding of product
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Participate in industry events throughout the year
- Strong understanding of VDI, EUC, Network Virtualization and Cloud infrastructure tools
- Experience as a support or systems engineer with virtual desktop infrastructure
- Ability to ask questions and probe customers regarding their technical issues
