Job Summary
A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Support Escalation Engineer in Irving.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Building customer loyalty and high customer satisfaction
- Installing, configuring, supporting and troubleshooting issues
- Providing escalation level technical support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Telecommuting permitted up to 20%
- Three years of experience in: Windows Server Update Services; TCP/IP, including CIDR, routing and DNS
- Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc
- Education or experience in: Cloud Identity, including Azure Active Directory, AAD Sync, and Role-based access control
