Job Summary

A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Support Escalation Engineer in Irving.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Building customer loyalty and high customer satisfaction
  • Installing, configuring, supporting and troubleshooting issues
  • Providing escalation level technical support

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Telecommuting permitted up to 20%
  • Three years of experience in: Windows Server Update Services; TCP/IP, including CIDR, routing and DNS
  • Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc
  • Education or experience in: Cloud Identity, including Azure Active Directory, AAD Sync, and Role-based access control
