Job Summary
Supporting In-Home Assessment operations, the full-time Remote Support Executive will coordinate administrative workflows, manage member activities, and oversee provider visit logistics to ensure efficient field execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative workflows for member activities and coordinate pre-visit preparations
- Support provider-related operations, including visit logistics and communication workflows
- Maintain accurate records and assist in payroll preparation activities while ensuring timely task completion
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, dispatching, or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Experience using routing/navigation tools (e.g., MapQuest, Google Maps)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
