A data distribution platform company is seeking a Remote Support Java Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Researching, identifying, reproducing and documenting bugs
- Working directly with customers and the community to diagnose development & operational issues
- Becoming an expert on our products
