Job Summary

A business to business service has an open position for a Remote Support Operations Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing daily RTA / scheduling operations
  • Assisting in setting and monitoring performance standards
  • Partnering with WFM analysts and forecasters to meet necessary staffing requirements

Required Skills:

  • Experience supporting both Inbound and Outbound contact center operations
  • Experience in brick and mortar and virtual contact center operations
  • Knowledge of contact center industry standards and key performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements  
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and communicate effectively
