A customer service outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Support Representatives.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Representing our clients in a positive, professional, and ethical manner
  • Interacting with customers to provide, process, and prioritize information in response to inquiries
  • Identifying and escalate priority issues per client specifications

Required Skills:

  • Proper phone, chat, and email etiquette
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately with proper grammar
  • Knowledge of relevant software, computer applications
  • Multitasking capabilities with ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
