Job Summary

A travel agency is seeking a Remote Support Service Product Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between suppliers and customers
  • Conduct investigations and develop plans to fix commission discrepancies
  • Initiate and maintain collections on open invoices via consistent and timely outreach to suppliers via email and phone calls

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable and/or Collections
  • High degree of familiarity with AR functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Intermediate to Advance Excel Skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
