Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Services Associate (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to K-12 educators via phone, chat, and email
- Prioritize and manage a high volume of cases while maintaining quality and response time standards
- Create and maintain accurate case records in Salesforce, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience using Google Suite products
- 1+ years of experience working in Customer Service
- Degree in Computer Information Technology, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in an IT/help desk support environment is preferred
