Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Services Associate (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional support to K-12 educators via phone, chat, and email
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of cases while maintaining quality and response time standards
  • Create and maintain accurate case records in Salesforce, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience using Google Suite products
  • 1+ years of experience working in Customer Service
  • Degree in Computer Information Technology, Education, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in an IT/help desk support environment is preferred
