Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Support Services Consultant in San Diego.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing customers and internal business units with professional and positive support and service
- Participating in support coverage
- Continuously building and fostering customer relationships
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Knowledge of interfaces, conversion, ODBC, MS SQL Server, basics of Crystal Reports
- Ability to install software and troubleshoot software and peripherals as needed
- Availability to respond to weekend, after hours, and holiday phone support calls
- Professional poise and comfort with leading discussions with client decision makers and end-users
