Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Support Services Sales Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on performance in his/her territory
- Supporting initiatives or requirements that increase the chance of success against objectives and quotas
- Supporting sales teams and leadership in developing key and/or difficult account opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- University or Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years of experience in the support and services business of networking
- Exemplary customer and partner interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to act as the escalation point for customer and partner issues
