Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Support Services Specialist 2.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating, distributing, maintaining, and filing various accounting reports and/or correspondence
  • Researching, resolving and reconciling accounts while utilizing various medical billing systems
  • Identifying trends, determining root cause for discrepancies and providing feedback

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to adhere to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws
  • Ability to perform file maintenance for corrections and additions to patient records
  • Ability to inform management or the Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident
