Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Support Services Specialist 2.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating, distributing, maintaining, and filing various accounting reports and/or correspondence
- Researching, resolving and reconciling accounts while utilizing various medical billing systems
- Identifying trends, determining root cause for discrepancies and providing feedback
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to adhere to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws
- Ability to perform file maintenance for corrections and additions to patient records
- Ability to inform management or the Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident
