Job Summary

A developer of electric vehicle charging technology has a current position open for a Remote Support Services Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining excellent communication with the customers, Sales Rep and Services team to assure timely and efficient completion of implementations
• Overseeing the install, activation, and validation of new charging stations
• Coordinating with Sales, Operations and Maintenance Partners, and the customer to achieve timely and accurate activation of stations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall implementation is aligned to and directly supports the Services business objectives
• Demonstrated ability to liaise with external partners, internal stakeholders and management
• Must have good time management, multitasking and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time
• Good team work and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
