Job Summary
A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Remote Support Services Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide excellent service through the development of enhanced processes and issue resolution to our recruiting partners.
- Keep up-to-date on innovative industry recruitment and implement process & technology improvements as appropriate
- Deliver operational processes that ensure seamless and consistent recruiting workflows, practices and procedures, while providing excellent candidate experience and compliance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Demonstrable experience with applicant tracking systems/payroll systems (Kenexa, Workday, etc.)
- Experience using the ServiceNow Case Management platform for issue resolution
- 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft suite of products
- Demonstrated Excel skills evidenced at minimum by experience with working with large data sets and common excel functions
