We are looking for someone to manage and coordinate projects and requests for existing clients ranging from website revisions, digital and print ads, social media, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for growth within the department and company!

Key Responsibilities:
Understand project scope, requirements and resource needs by collaborating with cross functional teams including web, design, content, social media, sales, and account managers
Gather all assets from clients in a timely and organized fashion
Manage client profiles in Salesforce
Provide clear direction to internal teams, setting expectations and due dates for deliverables
Include in your cover letter, what your favorite pastime is and why
Provide quick professional communication to clients and internal team members
Effectively manage incoming requests in a timely manner
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Summary:
Full time, 40 hours per week. During busy times, more than 40 hours per week may be required
Salaried position, $3500-$4000 per month, depending on experience
Benefits included after 90 day trial period: Insurance, Paid Time Off
Remote position with the ability to work anywhere
Must reside in the United States

Basic Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience in a support or similar role
Excellent customer service
Ability to effectively manage resources
Able to lead and delegate tasks to team members
Highly organized
Exceptional communicator
Experience with websites, software, IT, or related field
Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management tools such as TaskRay, SalesForce, Zendesk
Dental industry experience or knowledge

This job is remote
