Working remotely on a contract basis, the Remote Central Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Facilities Division of a Fortune 500 company, coordinating internal requests and maintaining accurate records while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate responses to internal requests
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while updating company systems
  • Communicate effectively with team members through various platforms, including email and Microsoft Teams
Required qualifications
  • Previous administrative, customer support, or office experience
  • Prior remote work experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
