An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Support Specialist in Las Vegas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help teachers and administrators succeed by answering incoming support emails and phone calls
- Respond quickly and with empathy to user reports and requests
- Troubleshoot issues and concerns with Remind educators
