A veterinary products company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Support Specialist Tier 1 in Effingham.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Responding to incoming customer requests via phone, email and/or chat sessions
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
• MaintainING relevant skills and credits via internal support continuing training courses

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Requires excellent verbal communication skills
• Requires a consistent, positive attitude and respect for high quality standards
• Excellent computer skills
• Requires the ability to make quick, sound judgments when answering questions
