- Managing and delegating escalated customer contacts
- Coaching and mentoring technicians on company and department processes, CSS best practices, career pathing
- Anticipating and monitoring trends affecting the department and actively plan and implement improvements
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors or Associates degree
- 2 years of experience in a Technical Support environment
- Experience driving data-based solutions
- Extensive knowledge of Technical Support
