Job Summary
A human resources software developer is in need of a Remote Support Systems Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining, managing, and monitoring all aspects of support operational systems
- Identifying process gaps and taking corrective actions
- Troubleshooting and resolving bugs that impact internal users and customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in a related field such as information technology or relevant experience
- Technical expert in customer service software - Zendesk and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience in managing chat, email, phone infrastructure, and Help Centers
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, HTML, and APIs
- Ability to identify dependencies across multiple systems and workflows
- Experience managing end-to-end projects
