Job Summary

A human resources software developer is in need of a Remote Support Systems Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining, managing, and monitoring all aspects of support operational systems
  • Identifying process gaps and taking corrective actions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving bugs that impact internal users and customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s in a related field such as information technology or relevant experience
  • Technical expert in customer service software - Zendesk and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience in managing chat, email, phone infrastructure, and Help Centers
  • Programming experience in Python, SQL, HTML, and APIs
  • Ability to identify dependencies across multiple systems and workflows
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects
