Job Summary
A security and systems management company is in need of a Remote Support Technical Account Manager in Memphis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Fielding “first contact” technical support phone calls on a rotational basis
- Solving Tier I/II technical support issues alone or with the aid of your peers
- Identifying and triaging tier III support issues and escalate them to the proper team members
Position Requirements Include:
- Very limited travel for training and possibly limited customer site visits
- 1+ years’ experience in technical positions
- 1+ years’ of operational experience in endpoint operations or security
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Ability to break the problem down into manageable, ordered piece parts
- Ability to convey the problem statement and plan of attack to others
