Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Tier 1 Support Technician for a contract-to-hire remote position, where the candidate will provide technical support for clients, troubleshoot various technical issues, and assist with onboarding and deployments while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and networking issues
- Document all work performed within the PSA system and escalate complex issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
- Minimum 1 year of technical support experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows desktop operating systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory and network connectivity troubleshooting
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work
