Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the firm’s surveillance efforts over transaction monitoring
- Providing training, as appropriate, to staff and business partners to ensure consistency
- Implementing surveillance solutions for new products
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, in a related field
- 15-20+ years working in Surveillance or related compliance function
- 10+ years of experience managing teams
- Strong knowledge of trading across various products
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
