Job Summary

A fintech company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Surveillance Testing Tuning and Development Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing code reviews as necessary
• Performing above and below the line testing to properly tune surveillance scenarios
• Developing in-house solutions

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, in a related field
• 10-15+ years working in AML, Surveillance and/or related functions
• 4+ years of experience managing teams
• Leader with strong analytical skills who inspires others to do their best
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
