A materials sciences company has a current position open for a Remote Sustainability and RandD Global Business Analyst Lead in Mentor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and conceptualizing initiatives to advance company’s performance and reputation
- Providing leadership for the IT Business Analyst group globally
- Conducting detailed needs assessments, business and cost-benefit analyses
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel on a limited basis
- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or business (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in a global Analyst role within an international, manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage cross-functional, global, complex projects
- Ability to build a deep understanding of company processes and operational metrics
- Ability to drive continuous improvement of our IT practices and procedures
