Remote Sustainability Associate Director

Job Summary

A pharmaceutical and biotechnology development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sustainability Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and aggregating data for internal and external environmental sustainability reporting
• Establishing and managing the design and development of enterprise-wide GHG inventories
• Ensuring data quality meets relevant internal standards

Qualifications Include:

• At least 10 years of experience in environmental sustainability reporting
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical reporting frameworks and analyses
• Familiarity with external data reporting requirements needed for disclosure to CDP, CRSD, TCFD, and CSA
• Knowledge of renewable energy procurement, project development and financial fundamentals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Climate Change, Energy, Economics, Environment Sustainability, Finance or related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze GHG and ESG data, draw conclusions, and propose practical recommendations based on analysis
