Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sustainer Strategies Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs and tactics designed to meet key donor acquisition and retention KPI's
- Lead the implementation and ongoing assessment of cross-channel retention activities
- Develop and manage an integrated acquisition budget for the organization
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in generating and analyzing fundraising reports
- A minimum of 9 years of experience in marketing in either the for-profit or nonprofit sectors
- At least 5 years of fundraising experience in a significant role at a nonprofit organization required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, the liberal arts, or other field, or equivalent work experience, required
- Knowledge of business operations, including effective budget development and management processes
- Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management and excellent interpersonal and intervention skills
