Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national mortgage affinity partnership strategy aligned to a retail, branch-driven mortgage lending model
- Identify and build partnerships with banks, credit unions, wealth firms, and fintechs to enhance mortgage lending opportunities
- Source, structure, and close mortgage partnership agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in mortgage partnerships or business development within the mortgage industry
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the mortgage sector
- Demonstrated success in developing partnerships that generate mortgage referral business
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan officer behavior and market dynamics
- Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements, including RESPA
