Remote System Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the System Administrator will manage and optimize internal systems, ensuring tools and platforms function effectively while troubleshooting issues and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the proper functioning and integration of internal systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues, including network-related problems
• Collaborate with technical teams on tool configurations and internal technical rollouts

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in managing tool integrations and troubleshooting access and performance issues
• Working knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addressing and VPNs
• Familiarity with Zoho applications and other common productivity/SaaS platforms
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a remote environment
