A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote System Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating and maintaining process and configuration documentation for internal and external use
  • Providing technical support, implementation, and operational maintenance of new and existing releases
  • Ensuring customer service excellence

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience with agile development methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, FDD, TDD)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
  • 3-6+ years of experience in an IT application development
  • 3+ years in platform (ie..ServiceNow, Clarizen, Jira) systems analysis and support
  • Experience in Project Management Solutions (PPM)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
