Job Summary

A publishing company specializing in learning content and assessments is filling a position for a Remote System Implementation and Maintenance Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Defining the requirements needed to support and maintain the Company's service model
  • Buiding out a roadmap that addresses the key milestones (yearly deliveries), and strategic improvements which can be implemented to advance our ability to deliver a high quality and efficient enrollment process
  • Identifying business requirements, writing acceptance criteria, and creating user stories that are compliant with federal, state, local, and school guidelines for student enrollment processes across all lines of business

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to spport all phases of the enrollment life cycle, including reviewing solution design, requirements analysis, requirements definition, requirements prioritization, and deployment testing
  • Ability to collaborate directly with the Product Management and Development teams on discovery sessions and solution reviews to align on strategic goals
  • Ability to create and execute Business User Acceptance (BUAT) test scripts to be used on milestone and regular development release cycles
  • Ability to provide a hypercare model of support targeting major milestone releases
  • Ability to participate in quarterly Program Increment (PI) sessions, assisting with and confirming prioritization needed to hit target milestones in the enrollment project
  • Ability to create detailed mapping of the data modelling needed to support the configuration of the enrollment process in V2 and PCx
