Job Summary

An autonomous trucking company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote System Reliability and Specialty Engineering Senior Manager .

Must be able to:

• Lead the team responsible for delivery of reliability models and analyses to ensure design conforms with reliability requirements
• Act as a deep subject matter expert on the potential component failure modes within the system
• Lead a team responsible for generating speciality engineering requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Control, Mechanical, Electrical or a related Engineering field
• 5 years of experience in reliability / speciality engineering in highly-regulated safety-critical industries
• 4 years of management experience, leading engineers in a complex (sub)system design function
• Deep competence in at least one core robotics and autonomy discipline
• Experience with modeling of software, robotic or similarly complex electro-mechanical systems
• Demonstrated ability to develop, document & institutionalize new engineering tools & processes
