Job Summary
A provider of healthcare services has an open position for a Remote Systems Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in operational projects and team initiatives as directed by support leadership
- Maintaining specialized knowledge and awareness of high impact zone customers
- Providing effective management and resolution of escalations within the team
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel to customer sites to participate in system upgrades and provide on-site support
- Experience troubleshooting complex issues on production and test systems
- Experience with McKesson software
- Experience with Local & Wide Area Networks, Windows Servers and workstations, Server hardware, and SQL databases
