Job Summary
A technology and services provider is filling a position for a Remote Systems Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Setting up and administering our Microsoft Windows and Linux Server environment
- Purchasing new hardware and software
- Working with parent company and third party vendors on various projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Four year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years experience with LANs, PCs, Windows operating systems, and office applications
- Advanced capabilities with server hardware and software
- Must have a working knowledge of Windows Server
- Understanding of the most common communication protocols and equipment
- Ability to utilize LAN-WAN management products
