Remote Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst I to support efficient workflows and technical maintenance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform workstation, software, peripheral, network, and workflow support
• Assist with project assignments, documentation, and operational objectives
• Provide first level diagnostic Help Desk support and after-hours assistance

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with one year of relevant experience, or equivalent experience with a High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
• ITIL Foundations Certification within six months of hire
• Experience in implementation, support, and management of computer-based information systems
• Ability to maintain user confidence and protect confidential information
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
