Remote Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst for a remote, limited tenure position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support long-term goals through consultation, process improvement, and digital transformation
• Maintain and optimize existing platforms, manage software installations, and resolve technical issues
• Document processes, validate requirements, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or IT
• In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 8 years of relevant experience may be considered
• Preferred experience with Oracle HCM Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of systems analysis, project management, and software testing
• System certification preferred but not required
